Richard Hagen, President, Chief Executive

Mr. Hagen served in Law Enforcement from 1984 thru
2002, retiring in 2002 as Marine Homicide Investigator
of the Broward Sheriffs Office Marine Unit. His most
well known case as a Homicide Investigator is probably
the case of the BILLET, in which six (6) fishermen returning
from a day out were killed by an out-of-control speedboat,
whose operator was convicted and is currently serving
80 yrs. in prison. Mr. Hagen holds the following certifications:
Drug & Alien Smuggling; Advanced Underwater Police
Science & Technology; Dive Rescue Specialist; Underwater
Sonar Technology; Search & Rescue; Underwater Investigation;
USCG Approved Marine Vessel Security Training; Advanced
Interview & Interrogation; Advanced Economic Crimes;
Financial Fraud; Marine Fire; & USCG Approved Fast
Rescue Trainer.
Mr. Hagen has served in many positions with Special
SIU Task Force Units and Homeland Security. He is a
member of the United States Association of Professional
Investigators, the Florida Marine Intelligence Unit,
and the International Association of Marine Investigators.
